Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 3 business days. Please review the listing for your items, as some items will require more time before they can ship (including custom items, framed prints, and pre-orders). 

Priority Shipping does not ensure priority processing. If your order is time sensitive, please email us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to meet your needs.

You are responsible for submitting your full and correct address when checking out. In the event that you submit an order with an incomplete, incorrect, old or invalid shipping address and need to change it after it has been shipped, fees may be incurred for this service if it is available through the courier. If the option is not available through the courier, we will have to wait for your order to be returned to sender, before we can ship it again to the correct address.

If you request an address change before the order ships, via email, we may be able to accommodate your request without fees.

If your order is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error in your address input, and is returned to sender, you will be responsible for shipping the order again.

We are not responsible for orders which are shipped to the provided (incorrect, incomplete, invalid, etc.) address and never returned to sender. If an order is marked delivered, and has been shipped to the address provided, it is considered complete. 

In the event that we make an error in shipping, we will cover costs for return shipping or forwarding. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with tracking information. Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking to update once your order has shipped. We cannot control the pace at which your tracking updates, nor can we control any delays which may occur after your order has been handed over to USPS or any other courier. 

In the event that you experience extended delays (tracking not updated for a week or more), please email us so that we may work toward a solution together. 

We are not responsible for uninsured orders which have been marked "delivered" but do not appear or are not received or considered stolen or lost. Please report these issues directly to your local courier or post office.

It is your responsibility to keep up with tracking your package. In the event that an item cannot be delivered, for any reason, and the order is returned to us: you will be responsible for secondary shipping fees or we will provide a refund (minus shipping). This includes international orders which are held for customs fees, etc.
